Late check-outs are based on availability and only when approved in advance by a Mystic Waters staff member. Please contact The Lodge at 765-221-1078 to inquire about a late check-out.
- How many people do the cabins sleep?
All of the cabins sleep 4 people.
- Is there a charge for a lost cabin key?
There is a $25 fee for any cabin keys not turned in during check-out. The $25 fee will be charged to the card we have on file for the reservation if the charge is not paid during check-out.
- Do the cabins have running water/bathrooms?
No, the cabins are electric only with AC and heaters provided. There are three bathhouses located around the property.
- Do the cabins have a fire ring/picnic table?
Every cabin has a fire ring and picnic table. Picnic tables and fire rings are not to be moved from one site to another.
- Do you allow campfires?
We allow campfires in provided fire rings ONLY!
- Do you sell firewood?
We sell firewood bundles at the Lodge for $10/bundle.
- Are there any laundry services available onsite?
Laundry services are available onsite, located in the small bathhouse on the west side of the property. We have two coin operated washer and dryer sets available for use by MW guests only.

Dry – $1.50/load
- Do you allow fishing?
Mystic Waters allows CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY FISHING on our two small lakes until 9PM.
- Do you have to have a fishing license to fish at Mystic Waters?
No, we are private property therefore, no license is required.
- What type of fish are in the Mystic Waters lakes?
Carp, croppy, bass, bluegill, and catfish are the types of fish available in the lakes. Mystic Waters Campground is now CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY on the two smaller ponds and we are no longer stocking the lakes.
- What kind of hookups do you have?
Mystic Waters has 30 and 50-amp RV sites available.
- What size are the RV sites?
Sites vary in size. We have sites anywhere from 25ft – 75ft in length.
- Are the sites pull-through or back-in?
We offer both pull-through and back-in sites, depending on location. See our map on Campspot or the website to determine specific site details.
- Do we have a dump station?
We do have a dump station available on the campground. It is located on the southeast corner of the property, next to the large bathhouse. Use of the dump station is included for guests who are camping with us. Guests who are passing through will be charged a $25.00 fee. The dump station is shut down during the winter months (November – beginning of April).
- Do you allow pets?
Mystic Waters is a pet-friendly campground. We simply ask that you do the following:
- Register your pet(s) at The Lodge upon check-in
- Clean up after your pet(s) at all times
- Keep your pet(s) on a leash at all times
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out are dependent upon the site:
- RV/Tent Site Check-In: 1pm
- RV/Tent Site Check-Out: 1pm
- Cabin Check-In: 1pm
- Cabin Check-Out: 11am
- Do you offer party/event rentals?
Yes, please call The Lodge at 765-221-1078 for pricing and availability.
- Can I check in after The Lodge closes?
Yes, however, all after-hours check-ins must be pre-arranged by calling 765-221-1078 during normal business hours.
- Do you sell propane?
Not currently, however, there are locations nearby that do sell propane, including local gas stations and hardware stores.
- What is your refund policy?
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS DURING SPECIAL EVENTS.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. We do not give credits or refunds due to weather…the fun continues rain or shine.
- Cancellations made 10 days or more from the scheduled date of check in will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Guests also have the option of receiving a refund in the form of a camping credit for the full value paid. The camping credit can be used at Mystic Waters for a future stay. Camping credits are non refundable. Any cancellation made within 10 days or less of the reservation check in date are non-refundable.
- Do you have food available onsite?We have snacks and small frozen meals available for purchase at The Lodge.
- Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Mystic Waters does not serve or sell any type of alcoholic beverage, however, guests are welcome to bring in their own beverages. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.
- Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we do have Wi-Fi available for our guests.

- Can I receive mail or packages while staying at Mystic Waters?

- Do you offer seasonal/year around RV camping?
We are open year round and do offer monthly rates on our full hookup (water, electric and sewage) RV sites. We do not offer seasonal RV pricing, only monthly. The total for the full hookup RV site is $1350/month after taxes and fees. The $1350 total includes all of your utilities – water, electric, sewage and use of Wi-Fi.
In order to book a long term site, we require a nonrefundable $300 deposit to hold the site. The $300 deposit does go toward your first month’s rent, and we will charge the remaining balance upon arrival.Please feel free to reach out via email or call our office at (765)-221-1078 with any questions or to check availability. - Do you offer kayak rentals?
Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding is included for all guests and day pass purchases Monday through Thursday.
Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding is additional for all guests Friday through Sunday priced at $15/person/hour.
- What are the start and end dates of swimming, kayaking, water activities??
Our peak season is from April – October. All water activity is available daily from 9am – 9pm during this time.

- What types of activities do you have?
Swimming, catch and release fishing, beach volleyball, tetherball, yard games, live music twice a month, outdoor movie nights once a month etc.
- Are there electrical outlets in the cabins?
All of the cabins have 2 – 4 wall outlets.
- Do you have swimming?
We allow swimming on our large lake from 9AM – 9PM. There is never a lifeguard on duty, all water activity is SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- What is a day pass and what is the cost?
Day passes are for anyone who wants to come out and enjoy the property during the day without staying overnight. Day passes are good from 9AM – 9PM every day of the week (minus certain special event weekends).
Day passes include:
- CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY fishing on our two small lakes until 9PM
- Beach area until 9PM
- Sand volleyball court
- Outdoor yard games (cornhole, washers, tetherball etc.)
- Indoor games inside The Lodge including ping pong, foosball, darts (additional), TouchTunes jukebox (additional), video games (additional)
Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding is included for all guests and day pass purchases Monday through Thursday.

- Can I bring my own kayaks?
Guests are more than welcome to bring their own kayaks to use on the large lake.

- Beach hours?
The beach is open daily from 9AM – 9PM during peak season (April 1st – November 1st).
- Do cabins have fridges and microwaves? If not, can I bring one?The cabins use a 30 amp circuit; therefore, it will not be able to sustain these items. There is a microwave available in The Lodge for guest use.WE RECOMMEND ALL GUESTS BRING COOLERS TO UTILIZE WHILE CAMPING.The cabins are all electric only with 2-4 wall outlets, two beds (Rustic & Beachfront 2 fulls, VIP 2 queens), one nightstand, a 2-4 person table, one window AC unit and one small space heater. CABIN CAMPERS MUST BRING ALL OF THEIR OWN BEDDING (PILLOWS, BLANKETS AND SHEETS).
- Are dogs allowed on SUP and Kayak rentals?
Dogs are allowed on both kayaks and stand up paddle boards. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Swim at your own risk!
- Are there any inflatables or floating features for kids to play on in the lake while swimming?
We do not have any large inflatables/obstacle courses at this time. We sell small floatation devices in our camp store located in The Lodge. Guests are welcome to bring their own floatation devices to use on the large lake.
